The Venue: Hilton Madrid Aiport Hotel, Madrid
The Project: Concept, Design and Implementation of a two-day international Forum
The Need: Reinforce relationship with clients, enhance relationship with prospects
The Concept: “Listening to customers. Looking for innovation”
The Idea: The idea: For Telecom companies with an ear toward consumers (“Listening to customers”) and an eye for innovation (“Looking for innovation”), 2013 may bring more opportunities than challenges. Innovative strategies, major focus on upgraded networks to create new revenue streams, customer retention/value are key areas that operators should focus on in order to remain competitive in the marketplace, increase revenues and optimise margins.
The Implementation: 6 months
The Results: more than 230 participants out of which 100 were Telecom professionals from 52 companies and 14 countries (from EMEA, LATAM, UK&I) and the rest were Internal senior executives
